Our Mission

The Law Offices of Kirk K. Livermont  provide a full spectrum of legal services in the courts serving the Inyo County area.  These includes both the state and federal courts.

The areas of practice include: civil, criminal defense, DUI, DMV Hearings, personal injury, family law, bankruptcy and workers compensation.  

This office also provides general attorney services such as fax filing, record searches and special appearances.

Location

Primary office is located in Independence, directly across the street from the Inyo County Superior Court and the Inyo County Offices, including County Counsel and the Recorder's Office.

A satellite office is located in Bishop, California, one block from the Bishop Branch of the Inyo County Superior Court.

Office hours:

Independence:
                            Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.  to 5:00 p.m.

Bishop:
                            Monday and Wednesday -- By appointment only

 

REQUIRED NOTICES

We are a debt relief agency.
We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
