These fees assume that the documents are already prepared and ready for filing. (That is, receive the fax, print and file.) These fees do not include, organizing multiple parts for a documents, exhibits, color printing or tabbing.)
No legal services will be provided as part of this service. Legal review will be charges at the normally hourly rate with a one-half hour minimum. See BASIC FEE SCHEDULE.

Search and review records from the Inyo County Superior Court and County Recorder's Office.
Provide copies, if requested, at actual cost plus postage.

(One-half hour minimum)
Fax: $3.00 first page, $1.00 per page thereafter
Make special appearances in criminal and civil matters on behalf of the attorney of record.
This office will not make the initial appearance on behalf of another attorney unless a completed Substitution of Attorney form is provided substituting the proposed attorney of record in place of this office.
Fee: $200.00
(Assumes half-hour appearance and cursory review of documents.)
Extended review of documents in preparation for oral argument or appearances greater than half-hour billed in accordance with BASIC FEE SCHEDULE.
